Pina colada vegan smoothie bowl

Tricking myself into believing that summer isn’t a whopping half a year away, I purchased a pineapple which doubled as a decorative feature until it was definitely time to get into him!  Having recently made coconut yogurt at home I thought, why not have a non-alcoholic party from the morning?!  Pina colada anyone?  A delicious and healthy way to start the ‘hump-day’ 🙂

Pina colada vegan smoothie bowl

Ingredients
1 banana
4 icecubes
1/2C coconut milk
1/4 fresh pineapple
Juice of 1/4 lime
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Directions
1. Place all incredients into blender and process until smooth. Top with choice of toppings – eg. banana, pineapple, coconut yogurt, hemp seeds…
