  2. Beautiful recipes and photos! I make my own milk kefir but haven’t come across coconut kefir, and am keen to try it! Not sure where I can get it, do you buy it or make it?

    1. Thank you! Coconut kefir is super easy, make as you would dairy milk kefir (using same grains). Keep in mind that it may take a few batches to regularise in the coconut milk and only make about 3-4 before switching back to dairy (the grains need the dairy lactose to be really active). Let me know how you go!
